What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They can be “essential” (needed for the site to work) or “non-essential” (for things like analytics or marketing). Under EU rules, we may only place non-essential cookies with your consent.
Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Essential cookies make the site and service work. For analytics and product improvement we use PostHog — hosted on EU Cloud (Frankfurt, Germany) — which sets cookies and can record how visitors interact with our marketing website. These are non-essential, so we only use them if you accept them in our cookie banner.
We also use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. Analytics and marketing cookies are non-essential, so we only set them if you accept them — and you can accept or decline each separately in our cookie banner.
Our analytics (PostHog) and marketing (Meta Pixel) cookies are non-essential, so you'll see a cookie banner on your first visit. You can accept all, decline, or choose each category. If you decline, we set none — and you can change your choice at any time.

Session recording
On our marketing website, PostHog may record a replay of your visit — clicks, navigation and scrolling — so we can see where people get stuck and improve the experience. We configure PostHog to mask the text you type and sensitive fields, so we don’t capture passwords or the content you enter. Session recording only runs if you accept analytics cookies.
Advertising
When you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta that you visited our site or started a trial, so we can measure and improve our ads. This involves sharing limited data with Meta Platforms, which may process it in the United States under appropriate safeguards. It only runs if you accept marketing cookies. With your consent, the Pixel may also send Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of contact details you enter, such as your email, so Meta can match conversions more accurately.
Managing cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time by reopening it. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when one is being set. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our website and tools change. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
