Cancelling & right of withdrawal

Cancelling your subscription — You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then and will not be charged again. Billing runs through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so the quickest route is the Paddle buyer portal linked in your subscription confirmation email or the Coorde app.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal — Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Because the Service starts immediately, checkout asks you to agree to the immediate start of service. If you do and begin using Coorde, you may lose the withdrawal right for the portion already provided. Refunds are handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy.

Model withdrawal form — Send a clear statement to Coorde Tech s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, support@coorde.ai. Include the service, date ordered or started, your name, address, signup email and date.

Business customers — This statutory right is a consumer right. Business customers can still cancel their subscription at any time under the Terms of Service, and can use the 14-day free trial to decide before payment.
